and 1692d), third-party collectors generally may not call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., contact you at
work after you’ve told them to stop, or use threats, obscene language, or repeated calls meant to annoy or
harass. Log each contact right after it happens, and keep any voicemails or texts.
